Recently renovated spacious room with a private bathroom, small fridge, toaster, and TV, offering incredible views from the window.

It was a fully equipped hotel, I can't wait to go back. Everything was really good, met the needs, and the stuff were affable and immensely pleasant people in a very bothered abrupt manner. Just 10 minutes on foot to Mustek underground, was a big plus.

Nice girl at reception, she advised some very nice places to visit. Unfortunatеly she was the only such gently. Location is good, but...
The weather was cold but no one to turn the heat! We are very cold! Near the hotel there is fire station and all 3 nights we slept to the sound of sirens. Breakfasts is the same everyday.

The breakfast selection is diverse and delicious, and the hotel's location is ideal for exploring Wenceslas Square.

The location is not bad, but actually all Prague is quite small, so this is not very important given the excellent public transport. The staff was willing to help and somehow correct the problems.
A very noisy street - constant emergency vehicle sounds and heavy traffic. We had to keep our windows closed to be able to sleep, but this would be impossible in the summer with the missing air-conditioning in the hotel. We ordered a double room and got a twin room with very strange shape - an old corridor perhaps. There was a hot water gas boiler, which was also noisy and we had to manually stop it during the night. At our request we were transferred in the double room, which was one floor above the elevator - OK, not terrible but the impression is not good. The room had a bathtub, but there was no handle to attach the shower on. The TV was showing ZERO programs.

The location is a very good point.
Some of the rooms don't have showers and reception was not too friendly and the elevator don't goes to the latest floor. It's necessary to stop one floor below and use the stairs.

Great location! Very close to the tourist attractions and railway station, so you no need use transport at all.
The worst thing was their breakfast… I don’t want to be hypercritical but the breakfasts was really bad. I suggest don’t sell this hotel as a hotel with breakfasts!

The hotel staff was very kind. We also like the location very close to the city center and close to the metro and tram station.
The bed was broken and the room was under the roof and in some parts also very low but we're expecting something similar because we read the guest reviews before booking the hotel.
